- 3 Ounces dark Brugal rum
- 3 Ounces tamarind juice (can substitute with mango juice)
- 2 Ounces coconut water
- 1/2 Starfruit
- 6 Whole gooseberries (can substitute with strawberries)
- 1/2 Wedge of watermelon
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker; then crush them and strain over ice.
Serve in a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a whole tamarind pod, starfruit, and watermelon balls.
