In honor of National Cocktail Day today, here is the island fusion recipe from the British Virgin Islands that'll taste like you're on a beach in the Caribbean.

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker; then crush them and strain over ice.
Serve in a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a whole tamarind pod, starfruit, and watermelon balls.
