I love my slow cooker—it’s easily one of my favorite appliances. The only thing I dislike about it is actually something I dislike about me—I forget to turn it on half the time. There have been numerous occasions when I’ve come home after a long day, so excited to eat my slow-cooked meal . . . only to find the darn thing was never turned on. Thankfully, most people can remember to turn on their slow cookers and thus, this recipe is for you guys! The brownie batter comes together in seconds and within a few hours you’ll have gooey, molten lava-like brownies to enjoy.

- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 2/3 oil
- 1/4 Cup water
- 2 egg
- 3/4 Cups hot water
- 1 (12-ounce) jar hot fudge sauce
- vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, for serving
Liberally grease a large slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until combined and glossy. Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker.
Meanwhile, whisk together the hot water and the jar of hot fudge sauce until smooth. Pour over the brownie batter. Top with the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 to 3.5 hours or until the edges are set. The center will be gooey—this is okay!
Spoon onto a plate or bowl and serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
