If you want a holiday cocktail, turn to the bar that launched a dozen holiday pop-ups. Mace, an East Village spot, draws in the crowds every December for the festive cocktails and Santa hat-clad bartenders. This year, the Miracle concept has been exported from Charleston to Athens, and this is one of the cocktails Nico de Soto created for the menu.

Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce gin
- .5 ounce pine liquor
- .75 ounce vanilla syrup
- .75 ounce lime juice
- 3 mint leaves
- soda
Directions
- Shake the first five ingredients. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with a pine
