Organic vodka company Humboldt Distillery launched its THC-free, cannabis-infused vodka in 2016. Now, in honor of 4/20, the distillery has debuted its celebratory specialty cocktail, Humboldt’s Finest Hemp Highball.Recipe courtesy of Humboldt Distillery.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of jasmine green tea
  • sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounce humboldt's finest
  • 1 ounce jasmine simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • soda water
Directions
  1. Brew a strong jasmine green tea and dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part hot tea, allow to cool.
  2. Add jasmine simple syrup, Humboldt's Finest, a slice of cucumber, lemon juice and syrup to shaker.
  3. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with slice of cucumber.
