Healthy Raspberry Mojito

With plenty of spearmint, you'll be hard-pressed not to feel refreshed after drinking this cocktail

The combination of mint and raspberries in this mojito makes it a great way to enjoy rum on a hot day while sneaking in important antioxidants.

  • 1/4 lime
  • 12 spearmint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon agave nectar
  • 6 ripe raspberries
  • 1.5 Ounces white rum


In a glass, add ¼ lime, 12 spearmint leaves, 1 tbsp. agave nectar, and 6 ripe raspberries. Gently crush ingredients with a muddler and fill glass with ice. Add in 1.5 oz. of white rum and top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedge before serving.
