Green Parsley Smoothie
If you’ve never thought about using parsley in smoothie, think again. The result of this recipe, featuring parsley, pear, and avocado is simply delightful.

- 1 pear, sliced in half
- 1 Cup fresh flat-leafed parsley, stems trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 avocado
- 3/4 Cups water
Combine the ingredients above into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
