Green Onion and Bacon Creamed Corn
Ingredients
  • 2 packages (twelve ounces each) of frozen corn
  • 4 slices of bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Coat the inside of your slow-cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Stir in corn, half of bacon, green onions, whipping cream, sugar, and salt. Cover and cook on low for four hours. Garnish each serving with remaining half of bacon.
