Start any day with this nutrient-packed smoothie recipe that includes cucumbers, kale, spinach, and spirulina — an ingredient in superfood powder.

Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 Ounces Evolution Fresh Sweet Greens and Lemon
  • 1 heaping Teaspoon superfood powder (look for spirulina, dulse, and chlorella in the ingredients list)
  • 1 Tablespoon chia or flax seed
  • 2 stemless leaves of chard
  • 2 stemless leaves of kale
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/4 peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cored pear or apple
  • 4 pieces of frozen mango, pineapple, or peach
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes
