1 ounce turmeric ginger horchata syrup
1 ounce coconut milk
1/2 ounce apricot liqueur
2 ounce rum, preferably el dorado 5 year old

Directions

Add all ingredients into Collins glass.
Add crushed ice.
Garnish with candied ginger, star anise, and grated nutmeg.
