Ginger Spice Smoothie
If you're trying to detox, ginger root is the perfect ingredient. Here’s a healthy smoothie that will make detoxing seem easy.

- 1 nub ginger root
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 handful of spinach
Toss ingredients into blender and blend until liquid has reached desired texture. The more you mince the ginger before adding it in, the less bits you’ll have to crunch on once it’s all blended up.
