Cool down on hot days of with this recipe for delicious frozen wine slushes. Created by celebrity caterer Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs, this cocktail is sure to keep you chilled and refreshed for the rest of the summer.
- 1 bottle of rosé
- 3 Ounces ounces of pink grapefruit juice
- 1 Cup simple syrup
- 2 Cups stem-less strawberries
Pour bottle of rosé into a sturdy container and freeze for 8 hours. Put frozen rosé in a blender with the pink grapefruit juice, simple syrup and strawberries. Pulse until you reach a slushy consistency and serve.
