- 2 Tablespoons marshmallow creme/fluff
- 4 graham crackers
- 1 packet hot chocolate
- 3 mini marshmallows
- 2 Ounces marshmallow vodka
- 2 Ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1 Ounce heavy cream
- 1/3 Ounce high-proof alcohol
Crush graham crackers very fine and mix with hot chocolate mix. Rim martini glass by first dipping in marshmallow creme and then dipping in the graham cracker mixture.
Skewer three mini marshmallows with a toothpick and rest on the side of the glass.
In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur and cream. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass.
Gently float the high-proof alcohol on the surface of the drink. Carefully light with a kitchen torch. Toast your marshmallows on the flame and enjoy once the alcohol has burned off. Cheers!
