Following the release of the new Ghostbusters movie and the limited resurgence of Hi-C Ecto Cooler, this slime-inspired cocktail is but one of the many ghost-themed experiences the Hilton offers as part of its “Ghost of a Good Time” package.
- 1 1/2 Ounce melon liqueur, preferably Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/2 Ounce coconut rum, preferably Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1/2 Ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 Ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 Ounce orgeat syrup
- A dash of bitters
Combine all ingredients (except bitters) with ice.
Strain into an Absinthe glass and top with bitters.
Swirl to make a ghostly design.
