Ingredients

  • One 15-ounce package baby spinach
  • One 4-ounce package goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Cups walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Cups dried cranberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, or serving bowl if you’ll be serving the salad directly from the bowl. Mix well so goat cheese lightly coats the other ingredients. Enjoy!

Easy Shopping Tip

Purchase ingredients that can be used in a variety of dishes in bulk, in order to minimize waste and save money.

Easy Cooking Tip

Do all your prep in advance, and use three bowls: one for all your ingredients, one for all your prep, and one for all your refuse. Staying organized can help you put out meals faster.
