This is the perfect dessert for mini bakers to help with! At your Easter brunch, set up a cookie decorating station with colored frosting, candy and sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 1 Package Krusteaz shortbread cookie mix
- 3/4 Cups butter, softened
- Colored icing, candy or sprinkles for decorating
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place Krusteaz shortbread cookie mix and butter in medium bowl; stir until dough forms.
Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll into 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut dough using a floured egg-shaped cookie cutter. Place 1-inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Cool thoroughly before icing.
Decorate cookies with your favorite colored icing, candy or sprinkles.
