Double Grapefruit Greyhound

This isn't your average greyhound. Double up the grapefruit, and mix in some golden maple syrup for sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce vodka, such as Deep Eddy Grapefruit
  • 11/2 Ounces bitter orange aperitif, such as Aperol
  • 1 Ounce lemon juice
  • 1 Ounce golden maple syrup
  • 1 Ounce grapefruit juice
  • grapefruit slice, as garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.  Pour into pool cup.  Garnish with grapefruit slice.
