Try this banana nut bread recipe made with DAVIDs TEA.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 4 perfect spoonfuls of tea, such as david’s tea banana nut bread tea
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Pour ½ cup boiling water over tea and set aside for at least 5 minutes.
- In large bowl, mash bananas, sugar, egg, and butter until well blended, then without straining, pour over tea and mix.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and stir until the batter just comes together, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour into a buttered 9-by-5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
