DIY Mocha Frappuccino Recipe
A blender, milk, coffee, and ice are all you need to create the perfect frothy Frappuccino at home. The key here is making sure all the elements — including the coffee — are cold or at least room temperature. Otherwise, the ice will melt and you will just have watered-down, lukewarm coffee.
- 1½ Cup crushed iced
- 2 Ounces chilled espresso
- ¾ Cup your choice of milk
- 2 Tablespoons
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup plus 1 teaspoon for garnish
- Whipped cream
Blend all the ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender for 30-45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and top off with whipped cream and garnish with extra chocolate syrup.
