Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 Cup your choice of fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, parsley…)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you achieve your desired smoothness.
