- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 Cup your choice of fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, parsley…)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until you achieve your desired smoothness.
