This Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie incorporates the healthy fats of avocados, potassium-rich banana, and a bit of sweetness from maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 6 Ounces vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 Cup frozen banana
  • 1 Teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/8 Teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 Scoop of protein powder, such as Chocolate Kura
  • Add a handful of baby spinach for an extra punch of nutrition.
