The best thing about fruit and yogurt parfaits are that they are endlessly customizable. Want flavored yogurt or plain? Mixed berry preserves or peach? Granola with cinnamon or just plain? The choice is all yours.This recipe is courtesy of Bonne Maman.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoon peach preserves, preferably bonne maman peach preserves (or any other flavor)
  • 2 tablespoon granola
  • 1/2 cup regular or low-fat yogurt
  • fresh fruit, for garnish
Directions
  1. Fill a glass with one layer of granola at the bottom of the glass.
  2. Fill one layer of preserves over the granola.
  3. Fill one layer of yogurt over the preserves.
  4. Finish with some preserves and granola and fresh fruit on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
