This light, beautiful salad is the perfect dish to fuel your summer dining. Sea salt makes for a perfect accompaniment in this salad dressing, balancing out the zesty citrus flavors.

Combine lemon juice, zest, honey, Morton Fine Sea Salt, and Dijon mustard in a blender. Start on the low setting and slowly drizzle in olive oil.
Add the capers and anchovies.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for salad and add dressing.
Serve in a chilled bowl.
