Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion and 1 tablespoon hot sauce. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for about 10 minutes, flipping once.
  4. While burgers cook, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. In the last 2 minutes while the burgers finish cooking, toast buns cut side down on the edges of grill. Spread cut side of each bun with blue cheese dressing.
  6. Serve hamburgers in buns.
