BLT Pasta Salad

Try this delicious cold pasta dish on a hot summer day

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups bow tie pasta
  • 6 Cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 4 cooked and crumbled bacon strips
  • 1/2 Cup ranch dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain

In a large bowl, combine the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pasta. Add the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. Toss to coat the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
