Bloody Mark: Pinot Noir And Bloody Mary Cocktail
Try this Bloody Mary recipe made with Mark West’s pinot noir.

Ingredients
- lemon or lime, halved
- margarita salt
- 2 ounce vodka
- 7 ounce tomato juice
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 3 ounce pinot noir, such as mark west pinot noir
- 3 shakes worcestershire sauce
- 4-6 drops hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- celery stalk, for garnish
Directions
- Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt. Add ice to glass.
- Mix vodka, tomato juice, pinot noir, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt, and horseradish and pour in glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime, olives, and a celery stalk.
