Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 –3 jalapeño slices
  • 1 ounce jalapeño simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup natalie’s blood orange juice
  • 2 ounce natalie’s margarita mix
  • 2 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • jalapeño slice, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a small pot, combine water, sugar, and jalapeño slices. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  3. Strain through a metal sieve.
  4. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  5. In a shaker, add jalapeño simple syrup, margarita mix, blood orange juice, tequila, triple sec, and ice.
  6. Shake. Then, pour into a salt-rimmed glass.
  7. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño.
