This easy but fun cocktail is the perfect evening starter created by Sushi Roxx, a new sushi and cabaret restaurant in midtown Manhattan. If you're getting ready for a night on the town, this should be your go-to.

Ingredients

4-6 dash of angostura bitters
1/2 ounce applewood-smoked rosemary syrup
2 ounce jameson black barrel irish whiskey

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir until drink is properly diluted. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit twist and a rosemary sprig.
