Bircher Muesli

This is a super easy and seriously tasty healthy breakfast. Make a big batch for a few days’ worth of breakfast and mix up the toppings each day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup oats per serving
  • 1/2 Cup combination of water and apple juice
  • 1/2 apple or pear, grated, per serving
  • Favorite nuts and seeds
  • Favorite yogurt
  • Berries or other fruit, to serve

Directions

The night before, mix up the oats, liquid, and apple or pear, and cover and refrigerate overnight (this will keep for three days).

The next morning, add your favorite nuts, seeds, yogurt, and fruit and you’re good to go.

If you make up a big batch, just scoop out your serving for the morning before adding all the extras.
