The Best Paleo Brownies Ever

“Who doesn’t love a brownie? I know I do. And while I always have a stash of healthy, organic, and antioxidant-rich dark chocolate on hand, sometimes I need something more substantial when I’m craving dessert.

These paleo brownies are guaranteed to curb any sweet tooth and leave you satisfied without wrecking your diet or sending your blood sugar on a roller-coaster. So how’s that possible? For starters, these paleo-friendly brownies are grain-free, and perfect for anyone who has a gluten sensitivity or is eating a low-carb diet. Second, they’re sweetened with maple sugar, one of my favorite natural sweeteners that’s a great alternative to refined sugar.

Just be sure to choose dark chocolate chips that don’t have any artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and you’ll be on your way to the best fudgy paleo brownies you’ve ever had!”

For the Paleo Brownies

  • 6 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup maple sugar
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 Tablespoons arrowroot starch
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla


For the Paleo Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a small pot over medium heat. Using a hand mixer, mix all the other ingredients together until the batter is thick, and bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
