Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream Float Recipe

Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream Float Recipe
5 from 2 ratings
My father grew up in all-American, Midwestern Battle Creek, Michigan, in the 1950s. It was the time and place of Model Ts and soda fountains, and so when he’s feeling a bit nostalgic in the summertime, we whip up ice cream floats. He loves cherries, and Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia is his favorite ice cream, so I created this recipe in honor of him, summertime, and childhood memories — both his, and the ones we made together.
