Blackberry Pie (Low-Calorie)


Everything from the pie crust to the filling in this pie is homemade. The secret ingredient is the boxed sugar free jell-o pudding that provides a gelatinous texture, one similar to jam. This pie is amazing with cool whip!

Use this pie crust recipe for the crust.


For the filling:

  • 2 boxes of sugar free Jell-o cheesecake pudding
  • 1 Cup skim milk
  • 1 Cup fat free cool-whip
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 Cup blackberries


For the filling:

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl & pour into pie crust. 

Let set in fridge for 20 minutes or until firm, and top with berries.
