- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Cup pancake mix
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Chuao Chocolatier Baconluxious Chocolate bars, chopped into small chunks
- 1/4 Cup maple syrup
- 1 Cup butter, softened
- 1 Cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and the egg.
Add in flour, pancake mix, baking powder, and baking soda.
Gently pour in maple syrup. Mix well.
Add Baconluxious Chocolate chunks. Mix until completely incorporated.
Heap teaspoons of the dough onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until cookies are slightly golden.
