- 1 Pound jalapeño jack cheese, grated
- 1 Pound yellow cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 Ounces lager beer
Melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro, and transfer to serving dish or fondue dish.
Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
