I found this on the Foster's Lager website — sounds tasty and easy to make. You can use any beer, I'm sure, but Australian beer would add a special touch of authenticity to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound jalapeño jack cheese, grated
  • 1 Pound yellow cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 Ounces lager beer

Directions

Melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro, and transfer to serving dish or fondue dish.

Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
