Spicy Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jalapeño jack cheese, grated
  • 1 pound yellow cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 ounce lager beer

Directions

  1. Melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro, and transfer to serving dish or fondue dish.
  3. Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
