Apple and Granola Breakfast Cobbler


This breakfast cobbler can bake overnight for a delicious morning treat. With fresh apples, cinnamon, and granola, this tasty dish could double as a dessert to serve with ice cream!

  • 4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 Cups granola cereal, plus additional for garnish
  • 1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipping cream, half-and-half, or yogurt


Combine apples, 2 cups of granola, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm. Garnish with additional granola and cream.
