Ponderosa Steakhouse: Very BAd Experience

I took my neice here for her birthday last month. We waited at least an hour before we even got our food, when the food arrived, it wasn't made correctly. I had asked for no mushrooms & onion, but got them anyway, so it was another 1/2 hour before I got my food again. The waitress kept returning to our table & apologizing for our wait, but as we told her it wasn't her fault. Finally she said she was sending the manager to our table, he came over & asked if we needed anything. After I told him how long we waited & everything else, only then did he offer to give us gift certificate for a free buffet. He should have had them and offered them right away before I told him I expected a refund or something. It was a horrible experience & I won't return. Gave the free buffet to a friend.
