Petit Louis Bistro: Wonderful Food>

One of my favorite Baltimore restaurants. Love the food and the service is excellent. Only problem is the noise which can be somewhat overwhelming when they're busy which is most of the time. Last time there I ordered BAVETTE RÔTIE. All I knew was that it was a cut of beef. Came in a sauce and was the tastiest steak I've ever had with the possible exception of Peter Luger's.
