Pearls Of Production: A New Tool To Improve Millet Yields

USAID is partnering with the nonprofit Compatible Technology International to produce and distribute a new set of grain tools that improve the threshing and yield of pearl millet. These tools, known as, Les Outiles De Cèrèales, will be introduced to the Kaolack region of Senegal, a major grain production center in West Africa, to aid small farmers and their families thresh and winnow pearl millet.
