On Tuesday, October 21, talented Los Angeles chef and James Beard Award nominee Zoe Nathan will teach a pop-up baking class at Momofuku Milk Bar in Brooklyn, New York.
Nathan (Rustic Canyon, Milo & Olive, Huckleberry Café & Bakery, Sweet Rose Creamery) is the author of the new cookbook Huckleberry: Secrets, Stories, and Recipes from Our Kitchen, and will teach a class featuring recipes from the book, including the chef’s signature flaky dough, walnut jam scones, and chai tea lattes.
The class will take place at Milk Bar’s production kitchen on Metropolitan Avenue and attendees will be supplied with all the kitchen tools they need, and go home with a signed copy of chef Nathan’s cookbook, which features 115 recipes and how-to sequences for mastering basic baking techniques.
