What To See And Eat At The New York City Food Film Festival
The 8th annual Food Film Festival "takes NYC by the belly" from October 29 through November 1, and this year's films include, among other tasteful and tasty screenings, the following:
·Finding Gastón, an ode to Peruvian cuisine and chef Acurio, perhaps the country's most renowned chef
·French Fries and Ice Cream and Sriracha on Just Add Sriracha night, which features "special tastes in your movie seat" from Michelin-starred chefs Phillip Foss and Paolo Laboa
·Food Friends + Family and Hog on Hog, to be screened during The Food Porn Party: Halloween Balls on October 31 (come in costume)
·The Art and Science of Beer and Brewmore Baltimore, featuring a craft beer bash between Baltimore and New York Brews
·Sweet, Sexy Ocean and The Oyster Men on The Night Aquatic (November 1) including a VIP pre-party with all-you-can-eat oysters and a classic Southern shrimp boil.
Tickets for all events (between $55 and $105), which will take place at AMC Village 7 on Third Avenue, are available now, and each event ticket is inclusive of all films, food, and beverages.
VIP Tickets (between $115 and $135 and Festival-wide VIP Passes ($595) are also available, which include entry to a series of pre-parties and VIP Seating.
