This video, in all of its greasy glory, has come back to haunt us. Before now, you never knew that you needed a video of Guy Fieri eating heaping plates of fattening comfort food in slow motion, to the tune of Lauren Hill's cover of "Killing Me Softly." But after watching this Fieri supercut, you won't be able to imagine your life without it.

The video, which was originally uploaded by Addison Born last year, is just starting to make the viral rounds now. If you can stomach it, the video features the Diners, Drive-In's and Dives star munching slowly on pizza loaded with unidentifiable toppings, waffle sandwiches, and a loaded mac n' cheese casserole.
