Rose Bakery to Host Dinner with Relæ, Tartine Bakery Chefs

On Thursday, November 13, Rose Bakery in Dover Street Market New York will host a special dinner celebrating the “intercontinental friendship” between Copenhagen’s Christian F. Puglisi (Relæ, Manfred’s), San Francisco’s Chad Robertson (Tartine Bakery) and Rose Bakery’s own Matthew Lodes.

The dinner is open to the public and will begin at 8 p.m. with a cocktail hour and canapés, followed by a multi-course collaborative dinner.

Chef Puglisi’s Scandinavian-influenced, seasonable and sustainable menu will be paired with Robertson’s naturally-leavened, long-fermented bread that will “showcase the chef’s latest experiments with ancient heritage and ancient grains.”

Finally, Rose Bakery’s pastry chef Matthew Lodes will finish out the evening with desserts that highlight the bakery’s signature Anglo-French cuisine.

Throughout the evening, copies of signed cookbooks from Puglisi, Robertson, and Rose Bakery’s founder Rose Carrarini, will be available for purchase.
