Chefs Partner with 1 Hotels for Farm-to-Table Restaurants
Launching in fall 2014, an upcoming hotel brand, 1 Hotels from Starwood Capital Group, will feature a selection of farm-to-table restaurants from chefs Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), Tom Colicchio (Craft, Colicchio & Sons), and Seamus Mullen (Tertulia, El Colmado).
The luxury hotel brand, which will focus on sustainable living, has plans to open three “distinct hotel and restaurant destinations” in New York City’s Central Park, Miami’s South Beach, and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
