Tips

  • beef short ribs, side of baby carrots, sugar & spice donuts for desert = heaven. amazing service... they give you fresh muffins from the pastry chef when you leave!
  • Recommended: Marinated big-eye tuna, crispy bacon, pork ravioli; roasted sturgeon, scallops; roasted and braised suckling pig, roasted vegetables; gnocchi, risotto; ice cream, sorbets, pain perdu.
  • Must have doughnuts!!!!!!
  • Tom Colicchio's much-lauded shrine to simple food cooked right - try the hen of the woods mushrooms! -Andy Cohen, Watch What Happens Live!
  • Appetizers are amazing, main courses are pretty much what you would expect from a place of this caliber. Best recommendations would be suckling pig or quail.
  • Get the mushrooms. It's not on the menu but you can ask for an assortment of the wild mushrooms. So good. (Everything else is very good too. Short ribs and scallops are the two signature dishes)
  • The hen of the woods mushrooms: intense flavor. Striped Bass: perfectly cooked. The beet salad was also noteworthy. For dessert, try the tangerine buttermilk sorbet. Delish!
