NEW SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HEALTH INSPIRED "AVOCADO CAFE" OPENS IN NEWPORT BEACH ATHLETIC CLUB

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 3, 2011) – Orange County based J Ventures Restaurant Group LLC. announced today the launch of their first Avocado Cafe Health Food and Wellness, located inside the Newport Beach Athletic Club in Newport Beach.  The inspiration behind Avocado Cafe comes from the powerful combination of health and wellness.  At its core the Avocado Cafe menu is simple, healthy and delicious food.  Brothers, Jon and Chuy Vidales found their inspiration in Newport Beach sun and surf and the overall healthy lifestyle of the community.

The simple yet delicious menu is created by Executive Chef, Mark Nargi.  Chef Mark created Avocado Cafe's menu with the philosophy "create food that is healthy and delicious".  Avocado Cafe supports local and organic farms when available and only offers Boars Head meat and cheese.  The entire menu is made to order and includes many delicious vegan options.  The menu staples include homemade hummus and guacamole dip made fresh daily.  The chef's signature mayonnaise alternative is a healthy avocado spread.  The menu consists of sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast, vegan and non vegan cookies, fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed juices.
