New Gourmet Burger Delivery Service In London

Pete Sharman and Andy Shovel took note of the growing popularity of burger culture in London, and decided to make it a whole lot easier for Brits to get their fix.

According to the Telegraph, the pair started London's first gourmet burger delivery service, entitled Chosen Bun, using bikes and special packaging to bring the higher-end food to your doorstep.

After an effort to start a junk food bar failed, the two travelled around the world to find a recipe that would fit with their concept.

They patented their custom packaging, and were ready for business. According to the pair, the order of the ingredients is just as important.  They told the Telegraph "We coat the bottom bun in chutney to stop it sagging with juice and we protect the top bun from sauce with lettuce."

The business will deliver their original Scottish beef burgers and a number of sides to anywhere within two miles of their flagship on Fulham road.

Diners can choose from a variety of burgers, such as the Patty, which includes a beef patty, caramelized red onion, and garlic chutney, or the Slim-Jim Chicken, which is lime and coriander marinated chicken breast, garlic and avocado mayo, sliced mozzarella and chilli jam.
