We are two writers who plan to travel the world– just as soon as the world gets more cooperative with its travel pricing. Until then we've launched a quest to eat from every country on Earth without leaving New York City, and document it on Navigeaters.com. After all, the best part about traveling abroad–aside from the donkey shows–is eating local cuisine. And New York has tons of global dishes simmering within its city limits.
With every meal we end up learning something about the country's history and traditions. We may not have the bankroll to travel the world, but we figured out how to make the world come to us. Here are some of our most memorable gastro-journeys to date.
