Music Inspired Recipes

All over the world, people will gather to celebrate life, music, and food! One of my favorite festivals is the famous Coachella, but there are dozens of others like, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and countless folk festivals throughout the country.

Festivals in general bring a lot of flavors to mind. Inspiration comes from the art installments, the different stages, and the thousands of festival-goers dressed in colors that reflect the heat and the excitement of the 3-day musical weekend festival.

Mochi with Chicken Waldorf Tarragon Salad

 Refreshing and delicious, this recipe is easy and flavorful. It is perfect for a concert under the sun! Mochi serves as a great sandwich pocket and works especially well with the chicken salad. It's really a great festival picnic dish.
