'Mind Of A Chef' Announces Two New Chefs For Season 3

Season three of The Mind of a Chef, produced and narrated by Anthony Bourdain and presented by PBS, will debut its third season this fall on Sept. 6th. The James Beard Award-winning show, which has previously featured chefs David Chang, April Bloomfield, and Sean Brock, will bring on two new chefs to take viewers along on their culinary travels.

610 Magnolia's Ed Lee ("one part Southern soul, one part Asian spice") and Magnus Nilsson, the Swedish chef behind Fäviken, will delve even deeper into "the food-obsessed world that is The Mind of a Chef."

Season Three will feature domestic hot spots like New York, Kentucky, and the Gulf Coast, along with exotic destinations like Argentina, France, Northern Sweden, and the Faroe Islands. The guest list currently includes ramen wizard Ivan Orkin, Andy Ricker of Pok Pok, Paul Qui of Qui, who was recently named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs; Parisian chef Pascal Barbot of Astrance, and comedian Aisha Tyler, who plays Lana on Archer.

New episodes will air beginning Sept. 6th on PBS.
