IYFF: Ecuador Focuses On Family Farmers To Improve Domestic Wheat Production

About 98 percent of wheat consumed in Ecuador is imported. To address this situation and improve domestic wheat production, the Ecuadorian government started the program Emprendimiento Estratégico del Trigo (Strategic Wheat Ventures).
