Quinoa is probably one of my favorite ingredients. I have developed flatbread recipes, puddings and salads using it.
Peanut flour is another one even if it is a new discovery for me. It is so versatile in baked goods and as a condiment. I love that it is low in fat and calories too.
Beans are the best creation ever in the food world. This is another one that I have developed breads with, and cupcakes, frostings, spreads...you name it - it can be done with beans.
Almond milk is my go to milk substitute. I find it to be mild enough in flavor to go in sweet or savory foods.
I put flax meal in everything! It is so heart healthy (great fiber), and I love using it as a substitute for eggs in baked goods.
